Chart notes
LITTLE LOLA dictated terms with her ears pricked cruising along up front just off the rail early on, got a breather uncontested on the engine down the backstretch, was nudged along still comfortably on the lead with the closest pursuer in a drive at the five sixteenths pole trying to keep up and opened up further when roused in the two path by the furlong pole and held well at the finish line for the frontrunning score. YORKTON'S TAFFY was situated near the rear going widest outside foes four wide on the first of two turns, improved mildly outside foes lengthening stride down the backstretch, started to uncork a rally three wide at the midpoint of the second bend, shifted out widest in the four-path turning for home, found his best run late closing in down the lane, could not get to the winner in time but finished up strongly to best the rest for the secondary prize at the wire. LIVE EACH DAY tracked the frontrunner on the outside, inched up at the half shadowing the leader, was hard ridden just to keep up to the winner on the far turn at the five sixteenths pole, chased in vain three wide in upper stretch, was no match by the furlong marker and faded slightly in the late going getting picked up by the outside foe late for the place share. LAPIN DE PLAGE had the rail position sitting just back off and behind the pacesetter for the first half of this two turn event, was scrubbed on the fence holding forward position in the far turn at the quarter pole, hugged the rail in the mix for a share at the top of the stretch bit evened out inside rivals in the last eighth of a mile to settle on the fringes. PARTY CENTRAL travelled three off the rail seeing the field around the initial bend, trailed the field in the two path well within striking distance through at the half mile marker, was a joint last outside another through the second bend and could not play a factor in the stretch running. TREASURED MISCHIEF had the three path inside another close to the back end early on, had only one runner beaten down the backside when galloping along on the fence, shared the rear inside making no headway on the final turn and failed to menace in the drive to the wire.
