Chart notes

SCOTCH SCAR broke inwardly, settled at the back, steadily advanced inside passing the half, continued to gain on the turn saving ground, tipped out in mid-stretch, surged late to get up. CHINOOK bobbled just slightly at the start but nevertheless broke on top, quickly moved clear to set the pace just off the inside, had a rival just outside and behind coming to the three-eighths, shook free of that foe leaving the turn and extended the advantage in upper- to mid-stretch, came out late to meet a new challenger but was reeled in near the wire. FEELING SUPERSONIC stalked from off the lone leader early, moved closer just off that one's flank coming to the three-eighths, weakened in the stretch. MARIETTA BABE broke out just a bit, raced between foes mid-pack early, continued off the inside through the turn, was one-paced. FLATTER SUCCESS was outside foes early, dropped back, came into upper stretch six wide under urging but failed to rally. C C KITKAT broke inwardly and a step slowly then was urged forward switching out off the rail but inside foes chasing up the backstretch, steadily dropped back and faded.
