Chart notes

SEAMUS'S GIRL broke outward but forwardly, took command soon after, set the pace along the inside, rated in the run up the backstretch while rating, found more through the stretch in shaking clear, not threatened the final furlong. HAND IT OVER three wide when off the pace through the first turn, moved a bit closer before a half, in tight then shuffled between foes into the far turn, recovered and stayed on, challenged for the second spot past the furlong marker and edged clear for the place, not a threat to the winner. HURRY UP HANNAH broke with the field, remained in mid pack while four wide through the first turn, moved to challenge before a half, vied on the outside through the final bend, could not keep up with the winner into the stretch, outkicked for the second spot. STAR ANISE in mid pack for six furlongs off the inside, three to four wide into the stretch, displayed a modest amount of late interest to improve position, not a serious threat. CAJUN ACES in the main body inside, in some traffic just off the rail late in the second turn, went evenly through the lane when clear for the drive. CHATON ROUGE broke out, pressed the winner through the first turn in the three path, vied between horses in the run up the backstretch and into the far turn, began to weaken soon after. ANN'S STORM bothered to be off slowly, raced well back first turn, continued to lack speed while three wide through the second bend, failed to muster a rally through the stretch. LITTLE Z off a step slow, never menaced. ROLL GYPSY ROLL fell back to trail after the start and was never a factor.
