Chart notes
SO GRAND set the pace on a clear, well measured lead through the turn, kicked away instantly when called upon and drew off as much the best down lane while ridden out. ALABAMA SLEEPER stalked the pacesetter from three wide down the backside, rallied on the bend under an early drive and ran-on well to take the place while no match for the winner. WATCH THE LAW reserved off the pace to the top of the lane and showed good interest to be along for the show. TROPHY HUSBAND was well placed prompting the leader from the fence into the turn, tipped out to challenge midway on the bend and could not get past the winner turning for home and finished evenly flattening out in the stretch. ST JOE FURY was one-paced never posing a threat. IL PRINCIPADO was hard held early, eased on the turn and vanned off.
