Chart notes
RAMSES THE GREAT tracked the leaders from the inside under patient handling, cut the corner to rally up the rail and pulled away in the final furlong under confident handling. JUDY CHOP set a well rated pace under mild pressure, responded when called upon turning for home while drifting out to the three path and finished willingly to hold the place. PARTY AT THE BEACH reserved off the pace down the backside, commenced a steady advance from five wide on the turn and finished with good interest to be along for the show. EPIC SUMMER stalked the pace to the quarter pole, rallied in upper stretch and failed to gain late when outkicked. VIVA VICTORY was slow early to trail and never posed a threat. ALEXANDER K pressed the pacesetter to midway on the turn and weakened coming home to drop from contention.
