Chart notes
SPLIT tracked close up through the first turn, the moved up between the dueling leaders to join the early pace fray, continued to battle into the stretch then drew clear in the final furlong. UNA QUAEDAM settled well off the pace early, saved ground, then made a solid bid up the rail in the late stages but was unable to get to the winner. ENGLISH PATIENCE dueled inside a rival early, then was the inside horse as another lined the early fray, kept on well into the stretch but flattened out late while saving third. RIGHT AND TIGHT tracked between rivals in the second flight, was mildly gaining in the late stages but not doing enough to pose a threat. BOUJEEONABUDGET dueled outside a rival three-wide, bid four-wide into the stretch but weakened and was not a threat in the late stages. MRS CHOFIS was three-wide in the tracking group, then was outrun in the late going. HAND TIMED.
