Chart notes
PATTY'S GIRL settled off the pace along the inside, stayed through the turn, took up sharply at the quarter pole, lost momentum, re-gathered, tipped out to the two path for the stretch run, found best stride near the eighth pole and rallied to get up in the final jumps. A LITTLE PATIENCE was hustled to the lead and paved the way with three rivals in close pursuit, had something in reserve when asked at the top of the stretch, opened a clear lead but could not hold off the winner in the final yards. GRAB MY TAB stalked the pace while being confidently handled, came under pressure when the leader opened up at the top of the stretch, responded with a steady finish but was not doing enough in the final furlong to pose a serious threat. PANIC MODE raced close up but three-wide, loomed a big threat at the head of the stretch but flattened out. ELEVATED POWER dropped far back and was eased to the finish line and walked off. HAND TIMED.
