Chart notes
BRADLEY dueled with GUESS AGAIN from the start to the far turn, got the better of that one approaching the quarter pole only to be confronted by GLOBAL EVENT at that point, gamely battled that rival into the stretch, then edged clear in the final furlong to prevail in a gutsy effort. MY TROOPER settled inside with the tracking pair, tracked the dueling leaders into the stretch while keeping to the inside, made a good try up the rail but could not reel in the winner. ATLAS FALLS was unhurried and settled well off the pace at the rear through the first half-mile, started a three-wide bid midway through the far turn and continued the bid through the stretch to get up into the third spot. GLOBAL EVENT hopped at the start, tracked two-wide just off the pace of the two up front, launched a bid from the three-furlong pole, chased BRADLEY unsuccessfully through the stretch, and weakened in the final furlong. GUESS AGAIN dueled to the outside of BRADLEY from the start, the gave way before the quarter pole and had nothing left for the stretch run.
