Chart notes
KANSAS SMOKE stalked through early stages, launched a four wide bid at the head of the lane, gained a slight edge a furlong out, dug in gamely and held on. R N B BABY was unhurried up the backstretch, made a two wide move in upper stretch, took the inside position and challenged KANSAS SMOKE for the late lead, dug in gamely and just missed. LET'S RACE UHH HUH was well reserved in the back, swung five wide into the lane, rallied along the outside and gained show. TRAIN STATION stalked the pace, hustled along three wide into upper stretch, raced in contention then yielded late. INTERCONNECT raced off the pace, saved ground around the far turn and had no late response. BORN FEARLESS set the pace and held clear around the far turn, got collared past upper stretch and retreated. UNASSUMING was ridden along the inside around the far turn then came up empty. LIL FRIEND raced in range through early stages then steadily retreated.
