Chart notes
STORM CATCHER was on the pace from the outset, responded inside to the stretch and inched clear driving. DRAW THE FOUL pressed the winner throughout while two wide, could not make an impact late but was an easy second. MISSED CALL was chasing early, bid three wide to the stretch but was outkicked late. SMILING GOODBYE was also chasing outside MISSED CALL, got fanned four wide to the stretch and finished evenly. ELEVADO tracked the leaders inside, saved ground to the stretch but lacked the needed late response. WINDS OF FREEDOM got outsprinted, was two wide throughout and also did not rally. CAUSE FOR DIVORCE trailed for four furlongs while three wide and could not threaten in the drive. AT THE CROSS had no speed and was never a threat.
