Chart notes
FUR ELISE took command shortly from the gate, opened a clear, well measured lead through the first turn, remained well in hand on the lead through the turn, widened in upper stretch when briefly called upon and drew off in hand late as much best. REWARDANN'SWARRIOR prompted the pace to midway on the far turn, was no match when the winner pulled away, saved ground on the turn and kept-on in the lane to take the place. SNOOKIE JONES unhurried to be the early trailer, continued near the rear to the final bend and rallied with some interest to be along for the show down the stretch. BACK NINE pulled against restraint onto the backside, settled to stalk the pace down the backstretch, rallied mildly on the far turn and flattened out turning for home finishing evenly. GEVALIA chased the leaders from four wide to the quarter pole and gave way in the lane. PRINCESS HONOR was not a factor.
