Chart notes
TACO CAT BACKWARDS set a well rated pace through slow fractions on a well measured lead to the far turn, continued on willingly on the far turn, responded when called upon at the top of the lane to repel the runner-up down the stretch in a well handled effort. LES IS BEST was away a step slow to be at the back, was unhurried through the first turn, closed the gap into the far turn to be prominently placed turning for home, threatened in upper stretch but was turned away midway down the lane having to settle for second best. THE MONEY MONKEY stalked the pace throughout and went evenly chasing the top pair in the lane. NEEDED tracked the leaders through the first turn, lost position dropping to the rear of the field on the far turn and failed to menace. JENADRIYAH was a half step slow away from the gate, trailed down the backside while well held, rallied on the far turn and flattened out at the top of the stretch.
