Chart notes
KEYSTONE HANK slow early to be the trailer to midway on the turn, circled the field while rallying to be seven wide at the top of the lane and closed with a rush to be going away at the end. SUMMERFEST reserved off the pace to the quarter pole, rallied with a grinding bid in the lane to take a late lead and was caught in the final fifty yards. KOTYLOS stalked the fast pace through the turn, rallied to the lead in upper stretch, went clear midway down the lane and was outkicked in the final furlong. THE SINNER IS YOU unhurried to race near the rear of the field turning for home, worked through traffic in upper stretch, dove to the rail midway down the lane and finished well along the rail. GRANDE TORTUGON (CHI) chased the hot pace into the turn and steadily faded unable to keep pace. FAST FIXER tracked the pacesetter down the backside, rallied on the bend to loom up turning for home and weakened down the lane. TOUGH WORKOUT failed to menace going one-paced. CAMM' DUKE set a fast pace on a clear lead for a half and faltered coming home.
