Chart notes
VALIANT ENYA unhurried in the early going to trail for the first half mile, rallied strongly approaching the quarter pole, angled five wide for the drive and prevailed in a drive. LA ARTISTA reserved off the pace in mid-pack to the far turn, closed the gap with a steady bid in upper stretch, surged between rivals in deep stretch and was outkicked by the winner in a good effort. NIGHT NURSE set the pace on a clear, well rated lead to the top of the lane, battled through the stretch and was caught late in the drive in a blanket finish. TIGER DIVISION prompted the pace to the quarter pole, rallied in the lane to loom in mid-stretch and was outfinished late. BORDER CONTROL tracked the pacesetters through the final turn to be well placed and failed to gain down the lane. MS BRIGHTSIDE (IRE) was not a factor.
