Chart notes
EXPRESSO BAY took command from the gate to go clear on the lead setting a well rated pace, held that advantage to the quarter pole, responded when called upon to edge further away and was unthreatened in the lane. IRISH STONE reserved off the pace for the first five-eighths, commenced a steady advance along the fence saving ground on the far turn and finished willingly to be second best. MARINARA SAUCED unhurried to be the trailer to the final bend, rallied circling the field on the bend and kept-on with a steady gain down the stretch to be along for the show. CANDY ADDICTION tracked the leaders to the far turn and to be well placed and lacked a closing kick going evenly in the lane. CHARLIESLITLDEVIL prompted the pace to the quarter pole and weakened coming home. LANGSTAFF ROAD stalked the pace from five wide to be prominently placed midway on the far turn and gave way coming up empty turning for home.
