Chart notes

FRANGO ELECTRICO allowed to settle, raced widest into the turn and coaxed three wide nearing the quarter marker, spun to the four path to upper stretch, responded well into the lane, wore down the runner-up into the final sixteenth and edged away late. TWIZZLE took early command, set the pace from the two path nearing the quarter marker, held a clear lead into upper stretch, couldn't hold off the winner into the final sixteenth and was a clear second. SO FAR SO GOOD settled just off of the early pace, caught a bit in tight between foes approaching the turn then crowded a rival nearing the three-eighths marker, chased from the rail heading to upper stretch, couldn't keep pace with the top pair into the lane but stayed on late for third. MODERN MISS hopped at the start and away a step slowly, settled in the early going then rushed up three wide approaching the turn, chased from the two path nearing the quarter marker, lacked the needed response into upper stretch and gave way in the final furlong. SUMMER ADI hustled to be close up to the early pace, got caught in tight then took up approaching the three-eighths marker, dropped back along the turn and was not persevered with in the stretch drive. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE INCIDENT INVOLVING SUMMER ADI AT THE THREE-EIGHTHS MARKER AND RULED NO CHANGE WOULD BE MADE.
