Chart notes

IMA MARGARITA GIRL dueled for the lead while two wide, responded when challenged by the runnerup, dug in gamely and got the nod. PLATINUM DIVA tracked the leaders, bid nearing the quarter pole three wide, got to terms with the winner then battled determinedly and just missed in an honest try. ZIPPIN SEVENZ had good speed, dueled the winner for five furlongs then stayed on gamely to deep stretch before weakening. VULIN had no speed, got fanned four wide leaving the quarter pole then could not threaten. GALESVILLE raced mid pack for a half mile, bide three wide into the far turn and came up empty in the dirve. PORT ELLEN (IRE) tracked the leaders early, got outkicked on the backstretch the second time, was two wide to the stretch and also did not rally. KNAUGHTY KNIGHT broke awkwardly and was hard to settle down for the first hundred yards, made a bid nearing the quarter pole to loom a threat a furlong out but tired from earlier efforts. EXINGTON broke slow and was never a threat.
