Chart notes
GREAT COMPOSER vied outside, repelled a challenge on the turn and drew away eagerly while kept to his task. STINGER BEE saved ground early, swung wide into the stretch and rallied to gain the place. CONNOR'S CREW flashed speed inside, faded briefly on the turn then came again while no threat. STANFORD DROPOUT stalked the pace wide, bid on the turn then proved empty in the stretch. THUNDER CHUCK was urged close up in the two path then stopped on the turn. SOUTHERN DREAM ran off en route to the paddock and was ordered a late scratch.
