Chart notes
LOOKIN FOR BALA sprinted clear early, maintained the margin through the turn and held sway late. STRANGE ARRANGE tracked just behind the second flight, took up the chase on the turn, but could not close the gap. VIA DEL CORSO was the inside horse in the tracking group, tipped out three-wide for the stretch run and was mildly gaining ground late. WHISKEYINATEACUP raced three to four wide near the back, continued the path through the turn then ran on some late to improve. SEMINOLE BEACH gave an even effort but lacked a finish. COOL MEMORY outpaced early, angled to the rail early on but was never involved. MAQAMAT was in good position to the stretch while saving ground, then tired in the final furlong and faded. SANTINO'S FANTASY raced wide throughout and was never a factor.
