Chart notes
AKOYA prompted the pace through the turn, rallied from five wide in upper stretch to engage the pacesetter, lugged in bumping the leader hard nearing the eighth pole and ran on determinedly to prevail. LISA LOVES tracked the leaders to the head of the stretch, rallied well to loom at the eighth pole and was outfinished late when failing to get passed. SOUPER SWEET WINNE broke a step slow to give the field several lengths, commenced a steady advance from the back at the quarter pole and finished willingly with good late interest. SILVER SHAMROCK stalked the pace for a half mile to be well placed and failed to mount a closing kick. MITOLEON DYNAMITE set the pace on a clear lead through the turn, was challenged by the winner in upper stretch, was bumped hard when that one lugged-in nearing the eighth pole and gave way after the incident fading from contention. KISSED YOU ANYWAY was one-paced failing to threaten. THE STEWARDS POSTED AN INQUIRY AND THE RIDER OF MITOLEON DYNAMITE CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE WINNER FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH, UPON REVIEW THE STEWARDS MADE NO CHANGE.
