Chart notes

TRAPEZE unhurried early then steadied in the opening turn, took closer order steadily through the backstretch, drove three wide in the final turn, and won driving. QUINTO SOL was steadied in traffic entering the opening turn and raced in close quarters, passing the front side, found room to challenge THISCATSGOTSPEED from the outside, disposed of that rival and drew clear before being run down in the mid-stretch. THISCATSGOTSPEED vied inside for the early lead, contended the pace along the rail, was overtaken leaving the backstretch by QUINTO SOL, and yielded in the stretch. OUR SUNSHINE was allowed to settle well off the pace, chased four to five wide in the last turn, and closed late. RIGHT IN FRONT vied between rivals into the opening turn, pressed the pace while three wide, dropped back in the backstretch and was through early. KANGAROO COAST broke alertly but was four to five wide and lost ground exiting the first turn, fanned four wide leaving the frontside, chased the leaders and gradually faded.
