Chart notes
EL PELIGRO broke out and bumped an outer rival, dueled for the lead, took command while angling inside entering the turn, waited around the turn before getting shaken up on the bend into the stretch, then kicked on to hold firm. SMOOTH N SILKY bumped with an inner foe at the start, stalked in the three path, came under a ride passing the three-eighths pole, took aim at the top of the lane and ran on but was second best. GOVENOR HANK vied for the lead inside, lost ground around the turn, was cued passing the quarter, tipped out to the four path at the top of the lane, and finished evenly while on the left lead. SKYLANE bumped between foes at the start, chased in the three path, was ridden around the turn, but made no impact in the five path down the lane. RUNNING WATER tracked in the two path but retreated. ASPIRING COMEDIAN broke slowly and trailed throughout.
