Chart notes
PENS STREET broke alertly then was hustled, raced just off the pace, saved ground on the turn, was roused with three furlongs to run, turned into the stretch in the two path then came further out, rallied to the lead coming to the eighth-pole, fought outside of the runner-up in the final furlong and prevailed while waiting on that foe under confident handling in the end. THAT'S FUNNY brushed with TOUGH STREET after the start, stalked the pace on the outside, engaged the leader while in the two path on the turn, took the advantage outside the quarter-pole, was asked for her best in upper stretch, lost the lead to the winner nearing the eighth-pole, fought on gamely in the final furlong but missed while well clear for the place. SUMMER FLOWER settled on the outside, raced in the four path on the turn, was asked with three furlongs to run, turned into upper stretch under a drive then was carried out a tad, chased outside into the final furlong and weakened while just able to get the show. TOUGH STREET brushed with THAT'S FUNNY after the start, went to the front then showed the way, vied in the two path while challenged on the turn, was roused at the three-eighths pole, turned into upper stretch under a drive, dropped back into the final furlong and tired. PISTOL LIZ ABLAZEN dropped back then settled at the rear, saved ground under urging on the turn and failed to threaten.
