Chart notes
SAPPHIRE PRINCE moved up after a tardy start, reached striking range of the leader by the turn, came under a drive approaching the quarter pole, took over before the furlong marker and drew clear late. SPINNING MUSICIAN settled near the rear, then stayed on with a grinding finish to get up for the place. BRUDER was sent hard from the start and made the early lead, maintained a clear advantage through the turn, but gave way readily to the eventual winner in upper stretch and weakened, losing second late. INTER MIAMI tracked close up along the rail to the stretch but lacked a finish. LADDIE DANCE dropped to last after the start and was never involved.
