Chart notes
REPPAZZ set a fast pace on a clear early lead, repelled the runner-up's bid at the quarter pole, kicked away in upper stretch and drew off as much best in the lane. CHALANT pressed the pace to the turn, rallied to threaten nearing the quarter pole, was turned away by the winner turning for home and ran-on willingly as second best. FOZZER stalked the pace racing five wide through the turn and failed to mount a closing bid going evenly through the stretch to hold the show. CHARLOTTE'S CAY reserved off the early pace, closed the gap on the turn to be well placed in striking distance saving ground along the rail and lacked a closing kick for the drive. QUEEN'S QUILL raced in mid-pack into the turn, was put to an early drive on the bend and failed to respond going evenly. RUTHIE BAR was one-paced never posing a threat. ROCKER ROLLER was not a factor. SUMMER SPICY raced in contention early and steadily faded to the rear.
