Chart notes
FUNNYFLAME vied for the early advantage, took the lead around the second turn, drove clear down the lane and finished well. KENMORE WEST raced within striking distance, was close throughout, couldn't catch the winner, but was a clear second. WARRIOR RICHARD pressed the pace, raced evenly throughout, lacked a kick and held on for show. BIG DRINKER lacked early speed, made a late wide bid and was outfinished for third. CAUSEWAY BENNY went to the front, saved ground around the final turn and weakened. DON PABLO raced near the middle of the field, came around the second turn on the outside and put forth an even effort. INTERLUDE void of early speed and was never close. BROCK'S BOY raced in the middle of the field, faded and was no threat late. PACIFICISLANDTIME came around the first turn on the outside, always raced near the back and showed little.
