Chart notes

GOLDEN HARVEST settled into a rhythm having only one runner beaten down the backside, narrowed the margin going two to three wide around the oval at the three eighths pole, angled out from the three path at the top of the lane pushing her way through getting a clear lane six wide at the three sixteenths pole, quickly burst to the lead having daylight at the furlong marker and drew off late for the impressive turn of foot tally. JUST IN TOUCH settled in mid-pack three deep outside two other runners, made a strong move circling around horses four wide at the three eighths pole, pounced in the seven-path straightening out for the drive poking a head in front shortly afterwards but was no match for the overpowering charge by the winner outside in the final furlong and just lasted inside at the wire holding for the runners up share. ASHLEE B had runners on either side in midfield down the backstretch, travelled three wide on the bend waiting for the cue to go from the rider in midturn, angled to the eight path in upper stretch finally having running room by the three sixteenths pole and finished up with good late energy closing in willingly in the final furlong, could not get to the winner in deep stretch and just missed with one final late surge outside for the place share. DYNA was nestled on the rail sitting in mid-division, got shuffled back slightly behind a host of runners with the group getting clustered at the three-furlong pole, shifted to the two path for the stretch run waiting for a clear lane, found a seam in the five path with a furlong remaining and ran on mildly to be a fringe player in the end. RADAR WOMAN was unhurried in the early stages seeing the field, remained at the back end well within striking distance throughout the turn, had to swing out widest to the eight path with a clustered group turning for home and finished up with intent passing many runners down the lane but could not get into contention in the late running. BAZOOKA JANE was tucked in on the rail watching the pacesetter, drafted behind the frontrunner along the turn, hugged the rail taking closer order, shifted off the tiring early leader two wide at the three sixteenths pole, still could not find running room with a furlong to go and could not play a factor in the late going. WHISKEY OVER WINE travelled three deep keeping a close eye on the leader, was roused for more going three wide on the turn making a bid outside the contesting duo at the five sixteenths marker, shifted to the five path in tight quarters in with a chance for a piece of the prize in upper stretch but could not sustain the run and weakened in the three path in the last eighth of a mile. SCOTCH MIST tracked between runners in the early going, edged closer outside through the bend getting on even terms with the inside leader at the three eighths pole, battled in the four path in the thick of things turning for home but could not find more in the late going and wilted by the furlong pole. POETIC DAWN was all alone up top down the backstretch, continued to roll along unchallenged in the early part of the turn running, had company outside at the three eighths pole, shifted to the two path just holding on with many rivals bearing down at the quarter marker, gave way inside up front by the three sixteenths pole, stopped on the fence at the with a furlong still to run and cantered in the rest of the way.
