Chart notes
ART FAIR vied briefly with a pair of rivals before establishing sole albeit narrow command four then three paths off the inside down the backstretch, briefly tucked to the two path just outside the five furlong marker before heading to be along the inside through the turn, got given a notch to work with and began to edge away through that bend, got set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, drew clear under a drive to score. SALVATION got bumped at the start by LUZ DE GUIA, who broke inwards, chased five then four wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, swung three to four wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to secure the place honors. FIRST CALL BOB reluctant to load prior to the start, chased three then four wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths pole, angled six wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to the finish. FIRST BLESSING coaxed from the gate, chased four then three wide under encouragement from the three-eighths pole, swung four wide for home and weakened. LUZ DE GUIA broke in a step at the start and bumped SALVATION, chased along the inside early on and then three wide through the turn coming under coaxing with seven-sixteenths to run, angled five wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. FREAKY coaxed from the gate, vied briefly inside a pair and then chased along the inside and then just off the inside coming under urging three furlongs out, spun two to three wide into upper stretch and tired. TAPWRITS TEMPER tracked the pace along the inside and then just off the inside coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, continued just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. HOLDING POWER broke out at the start and was corrected, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then five wide through the turn, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch and made no impact. SEQUENTIAL brushed the near side stall at the start, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths pole, spun three wide at the top of the stretch and tired. INTO THE LIGHT a bit fractious in the gate prior to the start, struck the off side stall at the break, ranged up to vie briefly from the three path before settling just off the inside in closest aim, tipped back briefly three wide before heading back to the two path through the turn coming under coaxing half a mile from home, faded and went four to five wide into upper stretch, then faltered in the drive.
