Chart notes
GIRONA off alertly to take control, vied for the lead inside a pair of rivals, dueled two wide into the stretch, cleared with a quarter mile to go and held well over STREET FLYER in the final furlong. STREET FLYER chased the top trio from inside, saved ground through the turn, took aim under right-handed urging near the fence but could not find more in deep stretch. DARLING DEMON got bumped from outside at the start, vied for the lead between foes, dueled three wide into the lane, lost contact with the winner in upper stretch and stayed on to save the show. STRADARI got knocked into rival at the start, tracked three wide through the turn, tipped out midstretch and missed the show. SHOWMETHEMAGIC broke in and bumped rival, vied for command three deep, chased the top pair four wide leaving the turn and weakened.
