Chart notes
GLORY ROAD broke a bit awkwardly then bumped with a foe, settled off the pace, chased four wide on the turn, gained to make a bid outside the quarter-pole, took the lead in upper stretch, shook clear under a right-handed crop into the final furlong and just held under strong urging. GIOCARE was bumped at the start and forced into another foe, settled on the outside, was urged five wide on the turn, came six wide into the stretch, rallied outside into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth, surged coming to the wire and just missed while clear for the place. PERUVIAN BOY bumped with a foe just after the start, settled off the pace, was urged three wide on the turn, moved out around the furlong marker and finished willingly for the show. ROMAN EMPIRE was hustled from the start, moved up under urging, chased in the two path on the turn, shifted five wide into upper stretch and lacked the needed kick. FAMISHED broke in and bumped with a foe, pressed the pace on the outside then in the three path on the turn, took the lead coming to the five-sixteenths, lost the advantage to the winner in upper stretch and tired. PRINCE JAMES bumped with a foe shortly after the start, showed the way down the backstretch, vied inside on the turn, lost the lead approaching the five-sixteenths and gave way. PERCEIVED was reserved towards the back, went four wide under urging while between foes on the turn and failed to rally. WHAT'S MY CATEGORY dropped back while in hand then settled off the pace, saved ground under urging on the turn and failed to respond. Copyright 2026 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved.
