CHRISTINE'S COSMO took the lead nearing the three quarter pole and tapered to the inside to rate the pace, pulled away from SUNDAY SWAGGER past the seven sixteenths pole, was asked leaving the five sixteenths, widened at the rail on the far turn then kept alert through the lane. SUNDAY SWAGGER stalked in the three path the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths, rounded the far turn off the rail and had to settle for second. MY DREAM GIRL saved ground well off the pace on the first turn, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, ran in the four path of the far turn and came along for third inside the eighth pole. TOTALLY PERFECT settled in the three path the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and showed little in the lane. LOVE CALIFORNIA stalked inside, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail then weakened. SARAH BELLUM never factored. RHYTHM TREE raced off the rail on the first turn and was through early. Strong wind gusts may have had an effect on fractional times, and final time of this race.
