Chart notes
CHAOS KID well placed and outside, gained position on the two path through the second turn, bid three wide outside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead and held under steady pressure. FIGHTIN PHIL sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then lacked the needed late kick. CORAL LEGACY tracked the pace well back, saved ground through the turn, came through inside, angled out and evened out. WHISKYFORBREAKFAST mid pack, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch and flattened out. CASK unhurried in the early going, looped two and three wide through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch and passed tiring rivals. KID CHOCOLATE mid pack, looped up three and four wide through the second turn, fanned widest into the lane and had no rally. CAKE AND EAT IT TO was no factor, inside.
