Chart notes

PICAHOUSE broke well and seized the lead and the inside position, dueled with BIG STICK through reasonable fractions, responded when roused in the stretch, fought of a challenge from DANGEROUS GAME and held clear to the wire under strong handling and intermittent urging. DANGEROUS GAME unhurried early, was allowed to settle at the back of the pack, advanced into contention down the backstretch then got a good inside run through the turn still going well, angled out four wide for the drive and put in a good rally under steady urging but came up just short. LIBERTY WOLF tracked close up from the inside, launched a bid from the five-sixteenths pole then tipped three wide into the stretch, bid for the lead a the three-sixteenths marker, kept on well but was outfinished in the final furlong. BIG STICK broke well and shadowed to the outside PICAHOUSE for three quarters of a mile, was unable to go on with that foe in the stretch, kept on well but was outfinished for a minor award. AUTISM INCLUSION tracked behind the pace two to three wide through the early stages, came under a stiff drive near the three-furlong pole but was unable to must a rally and finished one-paced down the stretch. LASMUIGH (GB) settled near the rear of the field about three wide, did not respond when set down on the far turn and chased the field to the finish. WINTER SOLDIER lacked speed, lagged at the rear of the field through the far turn then was empty in the late stages.
