Chart notes
ROCKING TO HOME pressured the pace inside and took the lead at the rail midway on the turn, was steadily encouraged through the lane and held on all out. THE ILLUSIONIST gave chase and raced close in the three path on the turn, dug in to clear second late yards and was gaining on the winner, but returned lame and had to be vanned off. ESTRELLA FUGAZ chased inside through the backstretch, was eased out approaching the quarter pole, raced in the four path on the turn and finished evenly to take third late. JIMMY THE KID gave chase, raced near the rail on the turn then flattened later yards. MY BLUE EYES veered out at the start and drew briefly clear then set a pressured pace, was met while two deep midway on the turn, dropped back toward the head of the lane and weakened the final sixteenth. KING OF LUCK gave chase then flattened in the four path on the turn.
