Chart notes
RESTLESS stalked the early pace from the three path then took aim leaving the seven sixteenths pole, dueled for the lead two deep approaching the quarter, ran clear midway on the far turn and was steadily handled to prove much the best. MO MOSCATO raced with the early pace then took the nod two deep leaving the nine sixteenths pole, came under pressure approaching the three eighths, was met toward the quarter and had to settle for second best. MR. BUSTA raced with the early pace inside, was met leaving the nine sixteenths pole and gave chase from that point, but steadied in tight nearest the rail approaching the quarter, was eased to the three path on the far turn and showed little more. BIG SMILE rated close inside the first turn, gave chase past the half mile pole and rounded the turn near the rail, then flattened inside the eighth pole. MOVING PICTURES rated close in the three path the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the four path on the far turn and showed little in the lane. SWEET ASTA settled back off the rail the opening turn, moved to the outside into the backstretch and showed little response. THE COLORA KID steadied at the break and raced well back while saving ground. The Stewards reviewed then rejected a claim of foul against the rider of Mo Moscato for alleged interference approaching the quarter pole, lodged by the rider of Mr. Busta.
