DON'T HIT ME BASH away in good order, vied for the early lead from between rivals, ceded the front and stalked the decent pace heading to the half-mile pole, chased three to four wide along the turn, vied for the lead at the quarter pole then battled GOLDEN RIVER into upper stretch, shook free of that rival at the furlong grounds, dug in and kept to task into the final sixteenth, felt late pressure from MOMO'S KIDDO and lasted for the win at the finish. MOMO'S KIDDO allowed to settle while never far back in the early going, tracked three wide and inside of runners entering the turn, angled widest into upper stretch, ran in pursuit approaching the furlong marker, responded to urging and rallied into the final sixteenth, was gaining in deep stretch and just missed for the win, while besting the rest. GOLDEN RIVER was forwardly placed away from the start, disputed the decent early pace from between rivals, pressed the pace two to three wide and between runners into the turn, vied between into upper stretch and battled to the furlong marker, was outkicked past mid-stretch, stayed on into the final sixteenth and held safely in the end for third. MAJESTIC COTTON away in good order, vied for the early lead then took back to track the decent pace heading to the half-mile pole, chased four to five wide along the turn, lost ground into upper stretch, lacked the needed late response and passed a tiring rival in the final sixteenth. NO D'ORO bobbled at the start and was a bit slow to begin, rushed up in the early going and assumed command heading to the half-mile marker, showed good speed and carved out solid fractions entering the turn, showed the way to the quarter pole then was confronted into upper stretch, was overtaken at the three-sixteenths marker, chased to mid-stretch and faded in the final stages. ST BOADIN unhurried away from the start, lacked early speed and trailed approaching the half-mile pole, was guided two wide along the turn, lacked a response into the stretch and did not factor late.
