Chart notes
ACCURACY broke a hair slow then took control entering the first turn, set the pace from inside under pressure, shook free past the five-sixteenths pole, opened up in upper stretch, asked right handed midstretch was mildly urged late. ULTIMATE AUTHORITY pressed the pace from outside, lost touch with ACCURACY past the five-sixteenths pole, churned on down the lane and secured second. LOVIN' ON THE RUN raced up close outside the top pair, lost ground in the three path on the far turn, weakened in the lane but managed to save the show. INDY'S STAR unhurried on the inside, moved into the two path trailing on the clubhouse turn, went three wide into the second bend, chased four wide turning for home and could not get by LOVIN' ON THE RUN for third. GILA stalked two wide then along the rail, dropped back on the inside then two wide on the far turn and tired in the stretch run.
