HAPPY DOES broke alertly, engaged with TABLE FOR TEN in the early stages and contested the pace outside of that rival into the first turn, disputed moderate fractions through the backstretch run, was given his cue into the far turn and took a narrow lead while three wide approaching the quarter pole, battled TABLE FOR TEN into upper stretch, drew to a clear lead at the furlong marker and was kept to task under firm handling in the late stages. SUGAR BEETS settled just off of the early pace, tracked from the second flight and went two to three wide and between rivals into the first turn, well placed into the backstretch run, chased two wide and between foes into the far turn, got caught a bit in tight nearing the quarter marker, altered course into upper stretch to avoid a fallen rival, stayed on into the final furlong, could not make headway on the winner in deep stretch and held safely in the end for second. AMANOFMYSTATURE forwardly placed in the early stages, tracked the pace outside of runners and went four wide into the first turn, well placed into the backstretch run, chased four wide into the second turn, was crowded by an inner rival nearing the furlong marker, could not match strides with the top pair late and was clear in the end for third.
