Chart notes
NOTORIOUS GANGSTER bumped a rival at the start, was well-placed stalking from between runners in the second flight, was still within range in upper stretch, tipped out four wide in mid-stretch, drove by inside the final sixteenth. DEWOLF was bumped at the break, forwardly-positioned into the first turn but taken back from off the leaders tucking in behind and outside the second flight three to four wide to stalk, moved four deep on the far turn, took a narrow lead in upper stretch and dueling with the prior leader, defeated that rival but was no match for the winner. ASHLEY'S ARCHER pressed from between runners, took a narrow lead at the five-sixteenths, was headed in upper stretch but fought on gamely dueling with that rival, was outfinished. FABER was bumped at the start, settled outside at the back three to four wide, began to pick it up some four wide on the far turn moving out six wide by the top of the stretch, was gaining in the end but too late. KEKOA was bumped into a rival at the start, angled in early and moved forward inside, tracked while saving a ground, came out off the fence on the far turn coming three to four wide into upper stretch and still in range, lacked the needed late kick. CONACHER was lightly bumped at the start, stalked outside three to four wide not far off the leader, dropped back a bit on the far turn angling out five deep leaving that bend, needed more to threaten late. FORTY N FIVE set the pace inside, was shadowed by foes throughout, encouraged along past the seven-sixteenths, weakened in the stretch. SCUDERIA saved ground, no was not a factor. YLIVOIMAINEN bumped a rival lightly at the start, settled at the back off the rail two to three deep, moved out about four to five wide turning for home, failed to rally. ARMINO broke outwardly bumping a rival, angled in early, saved ground both turns but made no impact.
