Chart notes
NAVY SEAL behind the pace early, moved closest to the leader while four wide through most of the turn, chased that one into the lane, collared that same foe from the outside with less than a furlong remaining, took over and proved best. SULWE off slowly, raced well back early, steered out to be four wide when beginning a run late in the turn, moved out a bit further for room when straightened for home, mounted a late charge to be closing the gap on the winner late. BETTYS CASH broke alertly, clear in the two path before a quarter, extended that advantage through the turn, offered brief resistance to the winner then could not keep up with that one late nor could he contain the runner up. MUSIC MISTRESS in the second flight three wide and inside the winner, fell back off that group late in the turn, moved out four wide soon after, went evenly through the lane. BLACK APPLE broke back, lacked speed well out in the strip, six to seven wide into the stretch, picked off some tiring rivals while not a serious threat. MAN IN THE CAN in the second flight while in the two path, between horses turning into the stretch, weakened. TABLE MONEY pressed the leader early from along the inside, chased that rival through the turn then backed up through the stretch. HEATED ARGUMENT void of speed after breaking a step slow, moved a bit closer while five wide late in the turn, saw that progress stall in upper stretch then weakened. SUMMER SHOES in the main group early, four wide into the far turn, began to tire soon after. Copyright 2026 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved.
