Chart notes
DOADSTER tracked from inside, moved out on the turn, came into upper stretch five wide, struck the lead just past the eighth pole and edged away. DOUBLE RIDE bobbled outwardly at the break, stalked then applied pressure drawing even outside four wide coming to the seven-sixteenths, contended for the lead into upper stretch, was overtaken by the eventual winner on the outside, was no match for that one but held the place. LAST RIDE was encouraged along three furlongs out racing just off the rail, rallied inside foes off the fence and was best of the rest. REGGIE BOY chased mid-pack, went three to fiver wide on the turn, came out six deep turning for home then wider still and showed good late interest to round out the super. DIVA'S GHOST was caught wide racing five to six wide outside foes through the turn and coming out wider for the drive, needed more. GLINTINDADDYSEYE was up close early, bid between runners three wide coming to the seven-sixteenths, had a narrow lead till the top of the stretch then flattened out. PRIME PLUS ONE broke slowly, was outpaced early racing outside at the back, swung nine wide turning for home, was never near enough to threaten. RED PHARAOH appeared to hit the gate then hesitated and finally veered out when leaving the gate, advanced between runners to mid-pack moving four to five wide up the backstretch, dropped back turning for home and failed to rally. FUN FELLA broke a step slowly, raced inside at the back, was not a threat. DILWAALA was soon to make the lead and move clear, set the early pace, was overtaken entering the turn and done by the quarter pole, faded.
