Chart notes
RAYDEN AND REMI pursued from midpack along the inside, claimed show from an outer rival entering the lane, took aim outside of the embattled leading pair in upper stretch, sustained gradual progress to bid leaving the sixteenth pole and edged past. AMPITUP dueled for the lead with an inner rival, sparred neck and neck as the long battle continued through the lane, but got outkicked by an outer bidder late. COATTAILS dueled for the lead with an outer rival into and around the turn, sustained the long battle into the final furlong, but was outkicked by an outer bidder in the final sixteenth and yielded late. SOPHIE'S PAINTER pursued from the four to five path and ran on mildly while hanging on her left lead. NIGHT STICK tucked to the inside while trailing into the turn then improved inside of rivals. LOUISIANA NATIVE broke a step slow, stalked closest to the top pair and from the two path, but drifted to the four path entering the lane and gave way while hanging on her left lead. NOVA'S RETURN tracked in the three path, then faded in the four path and between rivals turning for home.
