Chart notes
SOMEDAY IS TODAY broke a bit awkward to be at the rear of the field into the first turn, made a steady advance along the inside into contention down the backstretch, waited for racing room through the final bend, angled four wide splitting rivals turning for home, quickly spurted clear and was geared down nearing the wire as much best. LIBERTY BELLE tracked the leaders from between horses, was put to a drive on the far turn and kept grinding to be along for the place. CANDYMONIUM settled off the pace down the backside after showing early foot into the first turn, rallied at the five-sixteenths pole to be prominent turning for home and was out-finished down the lane. R THREE ANGELS pressed the pace down the backside, moved to challenge the pacesetter on the final turn and weakened coming home. GRAY ROYALITY trailed to the top of the stretch and passed tiring rivals in the lane. PRINCESS HALIME tracked the leaders from five wide to midway on the far turn and faded in upper stretch. MALICED set a pressured pace for three-quarters and gave way in the stretch.
