ABSTRACT LILLY tracked the early pace from between runners, stalked two wide into the turn, angled four wide into upper stretch then responded to firm urging at the furlong marker, was full of run to the final sixteenth, took command into deep stretch and drew clear in the late stages. JUST KEEP LAUGHIN prominent away from the start, disputed the early pace three wide and between runners nearing the half-mile pole, dueled into the turn then took a narrow lead at the quarter marker, held a narrow lead into upper stretch and dug in approaching mid-stretch, was overtaken by the winner into the final sixteenth, could not keep pace with ABSTRACT LILLY into deep stretch and held for the place. ZAPPIN broke alertly, ceded the early lead and tracked outside of rivals heading to the half-mile pole, advanced into the turn then loomed four wide at the quarter pole, vied for the lead into upper stretch, could not muster a final response and was outfinished for the place, while holding for the show at the finish. COUNCIL'S JAZEL rated just off of the early pace, waited for racing room into the turn then was caught in tight at the quarter pole, found room into upper stretch and bid at the furlong marker, chased into the final sixteenth and was outkicked in deep stretch. MARK THE DATE prominent in the early stages, stalked the moderate pace four wide to the turn, well placed nearing the quarter marker, got caught in traffic into upper stretch, could not find the needed late response and weakened in the final stages. AMASS MONEY hustled to be forwardly placed early on, assumed command and set a pressured pace to the turn, disputed the pace to the quarter pole, lost position into upper stretch then faded in the drive. EMPRESS IN FRONT paused then broke out at the start and was off slowly, trailed to the turn, advanced four wide at the quarter pole, swung six wide into upper stretch and flattened out in the lane. K P BLAMENGAME forwardly placed early on, stalked the moderate pace while saving ground into the turn, lost position nearing the quarter pole, could not muster the needed response in the stretch then gave way.
