FLAT OUT FANCY vied for the early lead into the first turn, took back and tracked three deep along the backstretch run, bid three wide nearing the quarter marker, battled into upper stretch then took command into the final furlong, held foes at bay into the final sixteenth and drew clear in the late stages to prove best. IMAMIDNIGHTSPECIAL stalked the early pace while three wide into the first turn, kept close attendance to GOSPEL B. HAVIOR up the backstretch, vied for the lead two wide and between runners nearing the quarter marker, battled FLAT OUT FANCY into the stretch then fought on past the furlong marker, could not match strides with the winner in the final sixteenth and was clear in the end for second. GOSPEL B. HAVIOR sent to prominent early, vied for the lead between runners into the first turn then assumed command into the backstretch, set a prompted pace to the second turn, came under pressure at the quarter marker and met bids into upper stretch, could not keep pace with the top pair into the final furlong and was clear in the end for third. GOSPEL FREELY a bit slow away from the gate, settled while saving ground in the early stages, advanced along the backstretch run, saved all of the ground to the second turn then lacked a response when called upon into the lane. SALT CREEK GAL a step slow leaving the start, settled two wide into the first turn, unhurried while never far back through the backstretch run, chased three wide to the quarter pole, lacked a response into upper stretch and tired in the drive.
