Chart notes
LIONS LAW broke on top, was joined by CREME DE CASSIS early, dueled that foe into the turn and pulled clear of the rest then went head-to-head with that one the rest of the way, and joined by LA CLASICA late, all three hit the line at the same time and came out on top in the photo. CREME DE CASSIS dueled outside of LIONS LAW, battled gamely all the way to the wire and came up a nose short in a blanket finish. LA CLASICA was pushed from the gate and got forward position and the rail, ceded the lead to a pair of rivals and continued to track close up through the turn, finished up well up the rail under steady handling and urging, was steadily gaining in the final yards and hit the wire together. WAHIDA OF MARDAN trailed early, rallied three wide into the stretch then flattened out some late and was unable to threaten. TIZMEONEMORETIME tracked off the pace three wide, came under a ride from the three furlong pole but did not respond enough to make an impact.
