Chart notes
SENSICAL pressed the early pace, dueled around the far turn, shook free past upper stretch and held late. KARAOKE settled along the inside, lacked racing room around the final turn, continued behind a wall of horses in the upper stretch, advanced two wide in the final furlong, angled inside and gained to the wire. HUSKER BUTCH was forwardly placed three wide, vied for the lead going by the quarter pole, could not match strides at the head of the lane, sustained a steady bid and cleared a share. SPANISH KISS set a pressured pace, dueled around the final turn, fought back at the head of the lane then gave way. DINNER AT CRUMPIES raced in range along the outside, hustled along three to four wide around the final turn and failed to respond. TEN DAYS LATER tracked the early pace, loomed four wide at the quarter pole then faded in the lane.
