Chart notes
MARITIME MILLIE broke out and bumped rival at the start, set a pressured pace in early stages, cleared the lead near the quarter pole, drifted out wide leaving the turn, got headed briefly near the furlong marker, hustled along under right handed pressure, took back control and edged away. TOMMY'S CRUE tracked the top pair going by the half mile marker, hustled along three wide mid-way around the turn, came four wide into the upper stretch, shifted in a couple paths, sustained bid two wide and held place. NATUSIA dropped back soon after the start, lacked speed and trailed, swung four wide into the upper stretch and rallied down the lane. BEAUTIFLY TROUBL'D took a solid bump at the start but managed to be forwardly placed, pressed the early pace, chased the leader around the turn, sustained bid into the stretch run, briefly held a slim lead over drifting out winner then yielded late. CUPIDS SWEETY was not too far back in early stages, chased three wide around the turn, ran on through the lane but lacked the needed kick for impact. DIAMOND OF EKATI raced in range along the rail late on the turn, stayed inside into the upper stretch and flattened late.
