Chart notes
TOO MUCH TUESDAY stalked from outside going three to four wide on the turn, bid at the quarter pole, was in command coming to the to of the stretch, lugged in a bit at the three-sixteenths having just moved clear, maintained well through mid-stretch and just lasted over a late-closing rival. AWESOME SUNDAY exchanged incidental contact at the start, settled off the pace kept wide, went three to four deep into and on the turn, came out of that bend six to seven wide, finished strongly and was gaining on the winner but just missed. SASSY WALKER raced in behind the top two up close tracking, made a bid up the inside coming to the quarter pole, could not kick on with the top ones, came out a bit in the stretch, needed more late. BIG SALLY set the pace while kept very wide in the early going, moved nearer the inside but still off the fence heading into the turn, was challenged by foes inside and out coming to the quarter pole and soon overtaken, switched out at the top of the stretch, offered no late bid. HER NAME WAS LOLA exchanged minor brushing at the start, angled in at the half, saved ground to no avail. SCRAPPY PATCH broke a step slowly, lacked early speed, failed to menace.
