Chart notes
HARD TO CAPTURE settled off the pace, advanced inside steadily and willingly on the turn, cut the corner taking command at the top of the stretch and quickly spurted clear, held safe. GALLEY HEAD settled, advanced while moving out on the turn coming four wide past the quarter pole, came out wider turning into upper stretch, drifted in a bit in the lane, was no match for the winner but held place. HOLIDAY WITH AMY moved up in behind off the inside on the turn, was under urging by the quarter pole, swung out seven wide turning into upper stretch, kept on outside to be best of the rest. VERY SAVVY settled outside at the back, trailed coming to the top of the stretch swinging five wide, passed tired rivals. SASSY MELISSA stalked off the leading pair, went three wide on the turn and under strong urging past the five-sixteenths but had no response and failed to rally. STRIKE A CHORD was pressured early, moved clear after the opening quarter dictating terms from off the rail, drifted into the stretch, faltered and faded. LADY IN RED was urged from the start, prompted the very early pace then continued to chase, dropped back and faded.
